Terms of Service

Lately is a private dining membership and discovery platform connecting members with participating restaurants, venues, availability and dining opportunities. Availability is not guaranteed and may change.

Membership requires an application and approval. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Provide accurate information, secure your personal account and do not transfer or share it. We may restrict access to protect Lately, venues or members, or following a material breach.

A reservation is confirmed only when Lately displays or communicates confirmation. Review the venue, date, time, party size and venue conditions before confirming. Restaurants may apply disclosed cancellation, late-arrival, deposit or minimum-spend policies.

Cancel promptly if plans change. Repeated no-shows, abuse or misuse of member availability may lead to restrictions.

Restaurants are independent businesses responsible for their food, beverages, hospitality, operations, licensing and safety. Lately facilitates discovery, membership access and reservations but does not operate them.

Communicate allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements directly to the restaurant. Lately cannot guarantee accommodation.

You must not access another person's account, interfere with security, scrape without authorization, submit fraudulent reservations or information, misuse member access, or violate applicable law.

The Lately name, branding, application, website, design and original content are owned by or licensed to Lately. Venue names, marks, photographs and menus may belong to their owners. Using Lately grants no ownership rights.

We work to keep Lately reliable, but it may occasionally be unavailable, changed or interrupted. Restaurant information and availability can change. We may develop the service while respecting applicable consumer rights.

Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Lately is not responsible for independent restaurants' acts or omissions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You may stop using Lately and initiate account deletion inside the app. We may suspend or terminate access for serious misuse, fraud, security concerns or material breach, subject to applicable law.

Use of Lately is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Updated Terms will appear at lately.gr/terms with their effective date. Material changes receive additional notice or consent where legally required.

These Terms are governed by Greek law without limiting mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.
