Diner accounts
Sign in, open Profile, and choose Delete account. Lately removes your login, membership application, profile, preferences, and saved offers. Reservation history is de-identified where retention is needed for restaurant operations, disputes, and marketplace integrity.
Restaurant accounts
Restaurant records cannot be silently erased with their operational history. Contact Support to transfer ownership or close the business record before deleting the login.
If deletion does not complete
The app reports the failed stage without pretending deletion succeeded. Contact Support so the remaining step can be verified and completed.
